Sharing Your Files and Folders with Another User

You can share your files and folders with a user in ODU Bulut and allow that person to make edits on the file/folder.

User Sharing Options

  • In order to enable another user to see and edit a folder in your My Wall area;
  • Right click on the relevant folder or select Share from the three-dot menu.
  • Select the users you want to share with the username information.
  • Define the user's authority over your shared files and folders

  • Ability to List Users Who Can See the Folder
  • Enter the User Groups field from the Modules menu.
  • Right click or select New User Group option from + icon.
  • Specify a name for your user group. (e.g. Sales Team)
  • To add users to the created group, right-click on the group or select 'add user' from the three-dot menu.
  • Select and save the users you want to add.
  • From the Modules menu, enter the Public Folders field.
  • Right-click on the green folder or enter the Share to Usergroup field from the three-dot menu.
  • Select the user group to assign
